FACILITY RENTAL FEE SCHEDULE

(Updated 12/08- Effective 12/09)

Group I - Official Student/School Activities
Definition:  Events before, during or after school instruction hours provided for students by school authorities.


Group II - School Affiliated Activities
Definition:  Activities conducted in district buildings or on district grounds by community groups directly affiliated with the school whose:

• Whose primary purpose is to assist the school in its mission in providing for students and             
• Whose fund-raising activities flow to student activities in their entirety.

Examples: Parent Teacher Organizations, Student Foreign Exchange programs, parent advisory groups. music parent groups, athletic booster clubs, vocational advisory councils, Reedsburg Education Foundation


Group III - Youth Oriented Activities
Definition:  Activities conducted by community groups whose primary mission is serving school-age youth in educational programs that meet the curricular objectives of the school and

• Whose participation is open and available to all school-age youth regardless of sex, race, color, ability or handicapping condition or other factors as defined in state or federal law;
• Whose activity is supervised by a responsible adult;
• Are non-profit organizations whose officers and leaders do not receive financial compensation;
• Whose fees charged to students or their parents/guardians cover costs more materials for individual projects only;
• Are affiliated with a national or state parent organization that provides program direction; and have tax-exempt status. (Evidence of tax-exempt to be furnished on request.

Examples:  4-H , Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts


Group IV - Civic and Community Activities
Definition: Organizations with in the School District of Reedsburg which are non-profit; or organized for the purpose of promotion of non-political service to the community.


Group V - Activities of Groups outside the School District of Reedsburg
Example: Group/individual not from the School District of Reedsburg who use the CAL Center for financial gain.

Group II - School Affiliated Activities
        Custodial fee ( non-scheduled hours only)   $25/hour              
        Technician fee ( if applicable)   $25/hour
        Performance fee if admission is charged   $50/performance

Group III - Youth Oriented Activities    
        No Admission fee
                Meeting use    $25/hour
                Rehearsal     $10 for 1st four hours, $5/hour each hour thereafter
                Custodial fee (non-scheduled hours only)   $25/hour
                Technician fee (if applicable)     $25/hour
                Performance fee   $45/performance

        With Admission fee
                Meeting use    $40/hour
                Rehearsal fee   $10 for 1st four hours, $5/hour each hour thereafter
                Custodial fee (non-scheduled hours only)  $25/hour
                Technician fee (if applicable)  $25/hour
                Performance fee    $75/performance

Group IV - Civic and Community Activities
        No admission fee
                Meeting use  $30/hour
                Rehearsal fee $10 for 1st four hours, $5/hour each hour thereafter
                Custodial fee (non-scheduled hours only)   $25/hour
                Technician fee (if applicable)   $35/hour
                Technician assistant ( if applicable)   $25/hour
                Performance fee   $50/hour

        With Admission fee
                Meeting use   $50/hour
                Rehearsal fee  $10 for 1st four hours, $5/hour each hour thereafter
                Custodial fee (non-scheduled hours only)   $25/hour
                Technician fee (if applicable)   $35/hour
                Technician Assistant fee (if applicable)  $25/hour
                Performance fee   $100/hour

Group V - Activities of Groups outside the School District of Reedsburg
        No Admission fee
                Meeting use    $35/hour
                Rehearsal fee   $10 for 1st four hours, $5/hour each hour thereafter
                Custodial fee (non-scheduled hours only)   $25/hour
                Technician fee (if applicable)   $45/hour
                Technician Assistant fee (if applicable)  $25/hour
                Performance fee   $50/hour

        With Admission fee
                Meeting use   $75/hour
                Rehearsal fee  $10 for 1st four hours, $5/hour each hour thereafter
                Custodial fee (non-scheduled hours only)   $25/hour
                Technician fee (if applicable)  $45/hour
                Technician Assistant fee (if applicable) $25/hour
                Performance fee  $150/hour


NOTE:

• For any group requesting the use of the Grand Piano, a $75 tuning fee may be required.
• The Principal, CAL Center Coordinator or the Business Office may require a deposit for CAL Center use.
• The daily rate is up to to 12 hours of use. If more than 12 hours is required, the hourly rate will apply for each group. The building principal and CAL Center Coordinator will approve and schedule all events and rehearsal times.
